Hello, we are Karla & Nathan. We are delighted to have you here reading about our story.
We met in 2016 in Santa Monica. We were just neighbors for a while until, in 2018, we realized we had similar interests in nature and the desert lifestyle, and furthermore, we shared a love for creating and remodeling homes. So we decided to embark on this journey together to build memorable places for friends, family, and guests to make the world a better place.
THE FIRST PROJECT
Five acres of desert dreams. 360 degree of a breath taking landscape of mountain.

2019
Our First Vacation Rental. Our guests called it "personal retreat resort style home"
2020
We ventured into a new project! A 132 year old craftsman home in the heart of Silver Lake Hills overlooking the Hollywood Sign
2021
Joshua Tree dreams coming true. The new house is almost ready and will be open for booking in June 2022 (This year)
